Rex was born and raised in a small Alaskan community, Seward, on Resurrection Bay. His grandmother Rosie loved to fish and they spent many days fishing locally, the genesis of boating. It is his belief that life is about living and building memories. He is at his best on the water, and has been blessed to meet wonderful people during as a result. Rex has boated most all the west coast of North America (including the San Juan Islands and Canadian Gulf Islands), Gulf Mexico, Atlantic seaboard, all five of the Great Lakes (including the “Great Loop”), Bahama’s.

Rex firmly believes you need the right boat for the adventure and for it to work for the owner. He encourages clients to not just look at boats, but envision how they intend to use the space. The best boat is a boat that works for you! Rex works from a place of honesty and clarity with owners. When it is time to sell, he is there to have the discussion setting expectations.
